By accessing or using know-hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
know-hub is a personal knowledge management platform that allows you to capture, organize, and review notes organized by domain. The service includes web access and integration with AI assistants through our API.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

You retain all rights to the content you create and store in know-hub. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, know-hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
